Lame excuse for Chinese leader to get entangled with oriental,in other words .

Means in other words.
I cannot parse it though.

I suppose an anagram of C (Chinese leader) and Asiatic would give SCIATICA. Using excuse = explanation. I suppose an explanation for being lame could be sciatica. I find this parsing a bit lame.

I think yours is better Shooty. Now to try and parse it.
