I tried anorak and tie neck. Can parse anorak, but don't understand tie-neck.

14a) four letter word for a type of liquor containing the word no which means a sap. Not sap as in tree but a sad individual.

I have Antrum for 14a rum being liquor and ant meaning has not and antrum is a hollow cavity i.e no sap
