struggling with this last clue from tim moorey; usually no problems with his but this has been achngly difficult completing clues one by one and no flashes of inspiration.
anyhow , here goes....a real poser!

many recalled pots?

but does stop mean to dog?

help please!

Snot - a contemptible person , a 'dog' - Tons (lots/many) reversed.
