Thanks for suggesting Adblock Plus. Worked better than Double Diamond. I am no longer pestered by ads for anti-wrinkle cream, incontinence pads, saga cruises, indigestion remedies and walking aids. I am neither old or incontinent but they were right about me needing a gallon or two of wrinkle cream. Were they looking at me through that little camera at the top of my laptop? Nosey bastards!!!!

I used to be in favour of the ads as they pay for the site. However, they became so irritating that I finally resorted to Adblock. A real shame really as I could have tolerated a few of them.

Yes, I had to put on Adblock Plus as the flashing ads kept giving me a migraine. As Rossim says, a pity as (non- flashing!) adverts could have been tolerated in moderation.
But it's SO much nicer without ANY!
