A previous clue to 20 'think of a cupcake' type bun and look up in Chambers was useful.
In spite of extensive use of Chambers and Rogets still can't get satisfactory answers to 13 and 77. Also stuck on 54, 57 and 58. Willing to help with other answers.

13. First word is slang for money (think 70s sitcom too), second word is a collective word for company directors. Put the two together and slice your bloomer loaves on it.

54. 6 letters for a military sailor around 3 letter fish gives you an alternative to butter.

57. Usually made of lobsters.

58. ME AT plus a word for a fancy dances that Cinderella might have gone to. Enjoy them with your spaghetti.

77. Cuts of beef.

Itsme, without Chambers it's a difficult one but the answer is a type of cake, often made including blueberries, it's also a type of flat cap and a slang word for a man chaperoning a young girl. It was also a mule, if you're old enough to remember Annette Mills and children's tv from the late 40s.

Quizmaster.
I've just realised I need more help on 78 also.
I keep thinking of Francis Bacon but can't see how my answer fits the clue.
