Hi, this is one where you have a set of shaded letters in a crossword, and you have to make an anagram from them.
The clue is "something quite scary, but what is it usually known as?"
The letters are CCCC RRRR OOOO HHND AAAI
I'm 99.9% sure the letters are correct. No clue as to
how many words there are.

arachnoid? might be part of it??

I can see 'horror' there as well.
