pine is "long", and A is "first class". Don't see for = behind, though

I'm guessing the other might be "junction", but the only parsing I've managed is self-referential!

I forgot to add the last one which crosses the 4th letters of each of the other two clues
19d. Weapons the French used to trap Nelson's people (6) ?????s. If pinafore is correct this gives ?a???s Originally thought rifles but can't be correct
