After completing the Sunday Cryptic on line, it appears I've entered one answer incorrectly

Looking at the discussion board on the ST website there's much discussion about 3 of the answers, but on there no-one can actually say what they put (no spoilers are allowed on their site!), so there's only general hints.

The answers in question are;

3d) Cloths' cut in this outbuilding (5,4)
(i)I entered TITHE BARN(/i)

4a) Softest of shots, nothing to catch (10)
(i)I put SQUASHIEST(/i)

16d) Fine - wrong clue (9)
(i)I put MINISCULE(/i)

Is one of these wrong or have I messed it up somewhere else?

chambers gives miniscule = "a non-standard spelling of minuscule", but minus fits the "wordplay" such as it is.

AAAH!!! Thank you! I don't think I was ever aware of that spelling!

Just looked it up on dictionary.com and found this;

"Minuscule, from Latin minus meaning “less,” has frequently come to be spelled miniscule, perhaps under the influence of the prefix mini- in the sense “of a small size.” Although this newer spelling is criticized by many, it occurs with such frequency in edited writing that some consider it a variant spelling rather than a misspelling."
