I've got 'opposite'/facing - but got myself all tangled up with the rest. Any thoughts/explanations would be appreciated.

posit = put in place. after OP (work) + back of blousE

Work- op - place - posit - back of blouse - e - opposite?

Welling is in London and D for Deutschmark?

D is a poor mark. Welling is in London?

a "D" is a poor mark (as opposed to an "A")

Thanks for the help with Dwelling. I've never heard of 'Welling', though earlier I was trying to fit 'Ealing' into my answer.( I knew it wasn't correct.)
