Wonderful news. Instead of waiting 18 weeks for a spinal appointment, I got an unexpected call from a private hospital to go & see the consultant on Friday. They took 5 X-Rays & said my bones would not support an operation but I'm to continue with strong painkillers & have steroid epidural injections. They will send transport from Salisbury to collect me from home each time. I'm glad not to have to have the operation!
