Please can someone help me with 14a? A six letter answer. I have ?utt?r. I understand the theme and am sure there is a thematic word to be extracted from the wordplay, which is 'deliver barrel borne by well-behaved low-born Scot'

Of course, Nelson. Thank you. I still have 2 theme words to find and 4 clues to solve. 38a baffles me completely. Store spuds by outhouse holding accepted volume of drink (or tobacco) I have he??. Totally stuck, so if you are happy to shine a light I would be grateful.

Thematic word is four letters beginning with H.
This is also the first four letters of the defined answer, which is measure that can be used both for alcohol and tobacco.
Grid entry begins with H.
