The right hand side of this crossword I can cope with but I cannot get 29 down - Disappointing article repeated habitual response, covering SA city clubs (13). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Finally finished and have just about managed to parse all, except 52d Cheer masking small sign of irritation (4)
I have RASH

Rah is the cheer - Rah Rah Rah, masking/hiding s(mall).

Checked Chambers - rah or 'rah, short form of 'hurrah'.
