Don't usually have a problem with these, but not on this compiler's wavelength it seems. All help gratefully received for the following two:-

14. Get to gym in a flap before mojo starts working (3,2)
G_T_Y
The letters seem to suggest GET BY or GOT BY, which doesn't really work and GET is already in the clue

17. More than one source of American endearment (5) H_N_Y
If HONEY, why (other than the definition part). If not, then all alternative solutons gratefully received.

For those not familiar with this excellent calendar, a quick Google of 3D World Crossword Championship will see you heading in the right direction, where 2015 issues are still available - with proceeds going towards the excellent RNIB and Children in Need charities.

NOT saying this is correct, but it is food for thought.

Thank you both. I like the GOT MY solution (I'm obviously not 'in' with the lingo here) and for the valiant attempts to justify HONEY, which still seems a bit vague to me, but in the absence of anything else is probably going in. Thanks again

Very long shot- are you sure of the H? C and Y is more than one and candy is used in America for sweet, an endearment?

Almost all solved, - anniversary and recipe found - but i have a clash where the answer for 5d21ac clashes with
21ac. I seem to have an S and an N in the same square.
