HOW HORRIBLE

If the answer to 34 across is ARGH how is this constructed from the clue? And if it isn't the answer?

It's what I've written but I can't see it, either

Satisfactory = all right. Remove anagram of till.

Thanks Ginge - not too sure I like the construction but otherwise I loved the puzzle. Good to have a laugh as well as scratching the head!

Have come rather late to this puzzle but am now near the finishing line. Delightfui stuff ! All the same I still have doubts about the entries to 9 Across and 36 Across .....plus ....4 Down and 32 Down. At a loss, too, to see the malapropism in 1 Down or the title implied in 21 Across ! !
Any hints (however small) as to the malapropisms (or in fact the titles) would be most welcome !
