Phew! Done, sealed and posted this morning. Unusually difficult, complex and lateral clue setting, I thought - but nothing I found impossible to work out.

Feel very satisfied still to be able to have wrestled it all out in my own head, with no help from anyone - not even Anagrammer or Mr. Chambers. Maybe being pissed/hungover for most of it helped...

Happy hew year as well. I have finished 1126 but cannot pass 41=stair? Also 27a Spill beans over tout (4/2). Presumably it is talk up? What is your opinion!

Funny how the mind works, I raced through 1126 and still have two to go in 1125.
