On behalf of Ash and the team, I would like to take the opportunity to wish all our friends on the Forum a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

We appreciate each and every one of you and hope that you will all continue to enjoy the Forum and the Crossword Solver.

I find the quick solver very useful, and that's only with the Daily Mail simple crossword. I have no idea how you clever people manage to decipher cryptic crosswords!

Have a great time.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. This site is great Nora and I am now completing the cryptic DM crossword (well...almost!) with the help of the clever people on this site.

Have you thought about an anagram solver? I have been on the "other site" but feel a little guilty about doing that. I feel as though I am betraying you somehow?? Mad I know! But for some of the newbies this would be great.

Cheers 🍷

Thank you Norah and Ash and all of you who make our daily enjoyment possible, and I wish everyone on this site a wonderful Christmas (and New Year), too. And don't worry about not understanding cryptic codes, Norah: that only shows your sanity!
