Are you sure it's a D? I thought 12 down was Euro (jumper) + Cent + ric (h)

I had Eurocentric initially but couldn't see where the 'Ric' part came from so changed it. I should have thought of 'ric(h)'.

but I'm stuck on 28d and 30a

I switched to Lo-Tech (because of 22 D). I'm glad to have this one finished, it was quite a struggle in places.
