Please help me with the following non-cryptic clues.
27a: Have -- ------: Feel unrepentant about ?(2,7)

12d: Squeals or complains about (4,2)?A?S ?N

12 Harp on ?

May not be HARP ON as the 4th letter is S and is correct as per the tense "Squeals/Complains"

rats on?

rats on? as in "gives away" or "tells on"?

Thanks chris g and e. I thought about NO REGRETS, If this is correct then clue no. 28D -- "Get-----: escape? (3) will have to start with letter G of REGRETS and I am not getting any answer with starting letter G. I thought it is GET OUT so OUT is the answer. In that case NO REGRETS does not fit in. Hence I am not clear about the correct answers for 27A and 28D

what about 'have no remorse'?

If the answer is NO REMORSE , then 28D will have to start on M, but I feel it should start with O - OUT. So, the third letter should be O which is not the case with RE(M)ORSE or RE(G)RETS.
