And Chris, I find BT seems to be vary annoying now. I access through Chrome. Virtually every day now, my session is interrupted by "unable to connect to the internet". I have to restart my modem. When this fails to solve the problem, shutting down my computer and rebooting everything works.
In BTmail, I usually cannot forward pictures. On clicking 'forward' I get the picture files but no pics. One cannot instigate the pics from the file names.
When one gets "loading data, please wait' one can forget it. It never loads.
Finally, during a brief email session I'm getting "your session has expired, please log in again". This, often having being logged on for about 5 minutes.
I've given up speaking to BT India. It gets me nowhere. A few months ago, I managed to get a techie in Britain and was virtually told "it is what it is". Great, eh?
The BT Forum is just packed with complaints.
