I think 'Prison' = PEN, but can't see where 'Chart' fits in.

1d. What's left by hand placed on German reproduction of artwork? (11) - FINGERPRINT (What's left by hand)

I think it's 'German' = GER + 'Reproduction of artwork = PRINT, but that leaves FIN unparsed.

10d. One company abandoning French area is protected (6) - IMMUNE? (Protected)

29d. Our US results from this? Disastrous (7) - RUINOUS (Disastrous)

The answer contains both 'Our' and 'US' but that's about as far as I get.
