Verification requested please. The clue is ''Congress' (5-5) I find the answer to be rumpi-pumpyi!! I do trust it's. wrong. Help gratefully received before I 'throw in the towel!!

Do you have no letters? Hanky-panky can also mean sexual intercourse, for instance!
