No one else seems to be stuck with 3ac (Bonnet maker), 4d (unexpected) and 5d (Toss up).

For 4d I have _ _ o_ i_. The best I can come up with is exotic.

5d I have _ _b and I'm guessing lob.

3ac I currently have _ _ _ _ _ p_r and nothing seems to fit, certainly nothing from Chambers so I'm guessing it's a proper noun.

I'm not well versed in bonnet makers. ;-)

Can anyone help?
