Finished but for two.......

16D: Turner's ability produces immobilisation on the board (6,4)
C ? E ? T ? / S ? I N
I think the second word must be 'spin' (from Turner) but cannot see where this is going?

20D: Clergyman back to front with a lot of room round about neck (6)
I think the answer is 'cervical' -
'vicar' for clergyman , but it isn't exactly 'back to front'? and where does 'cel' come from?

Help please.

A lot of room cel(l) around.
Still doesn't equal six letters :-)
