Think letters right any help appreciated

.....or accord depending on which letter is wrong.

It has been annoying me the letter R comes from clue 49d(2,1,5) Very quickly. I have in a trice (so r is from trice)
I can't think what else that could be as if I do assent which I thought answer to 69a was that makes clue 49d as in a ?n?c? Which I don't think is right ???

Sorry just realised the S was wrong ,the clue was cracked skin patch caused by cold weather I had scab which is where the S came from realised answer is chap so I then get C which would make 60 a Accord does that make more sense ?

If assent gives you n as the second letter accord will give you r as the letter allowing in a trice?

I think rossim might be right with 'accord'. Where did your 's' come from?
