Anyone out there struggling with this month's Saga crossword. A couple would help me finish. 5d: military action carrying US general's seal of approval (10, 4) F-S-E-M--- I-N-. Discovered Foster was a US General - but .....?

And 6d: minor form of punishment for The Emperor (6, 8) First word seems to be "little", second word C---L-A-. Any offers ...?

5 D. Fishermans Ring, seal of approval (from the Pope, I think). It has 'sherman', US general, inside but I don't know how the rest works!
