I've got a few left to do but finding this week's a bit tricky. 14d is a country (some French = de)
The Radio 4 presenter is female (anagram of Terry a man + hake)

14d Is an island country, the parsing is quite odd but its an upper limit (3) then a word for always (4) followed by the french word (2)
