11. ac. Mostly eccentric sort steeped in free drink (6)

I have RI?AR? and all I can think of is RICARD as in Pernod Ricard, RID = FREE containing CARD = eccentric sort, incomplete = CAR. However, Ricard as a drink is not in my Chambers (11th Edition). Is it in 12th or am I way off the mark?

It s RICARD CAR (D) as the eccentric inside RID for free. Not all answers are in Chambers, I have found.

Thanks both. Pernod is in Chambers. I suppose Ricard is rare, especially after the merger.
