I use Google Chrome on laptop and Safari on iPad... No problems whatsoever. Norah and Ash have always recommended using Firefox. I gave up on Internet Explorer long ago !

Well worth knowing, Paul - thank you, I will give Firefox a try.
But on the plus side.... I have received an email from Ash and he tells me that they think they have identified the problem! He didn't say though that they have solved it so I guess time will tell!

Further to earlier posts, Ash has indeed sorted the problem and all should be fine now. I will reiterate what Jazzgirl said, Ash recommends Firefox/Google Crome but NOT Internet Explorer. As the years have gone by and computers do more party tricks, IE doesn't seem able to cope as it did in the early days when computers were simpler.

Thanks for sorting it out, Norah! ( but I would point out that quite a few of the folk having problems WERE using Google Chrome!)

Point taken about Google Chrome! Now and again there is a fault which affects even the best of internet providers. However, there are far many more faults which just seem to affect IE, hence Ash's recommendation to try and avoid using it.
