Still got 4 to go. Could anyone please help with 46d, What's absolutely wonderful under fruit? (7) I have s???i?? I'm sure I'll kick myself but I just can't think of anything - other than custard, cream, meringue, shortbread. I'm getting really hungry but I still can't work out how to finish the crossword!

Hi Chrise. I learn something new every day (sometimes quite a few things!). I've never come across sievert but thanks to you I've now finished. I've enjoyed the last couple of jumbos. I seem to really get the hang of it and then suddenly I'm confronted by a jumbo where I'm lucky if I can get half way through. I'm sure there are several different crossword setters, some kinder than others! Thanks again to both helpers. Bye for now.
