Went with Ginge's because I had to struggle to parse it.

Maybe there could be a point system:
1st choice = 3, 2nd = 2, 3rd =1
though that might complicate things for the setter.

It's good to get a mention anyway. Sometimes the clues don't look as good when I've posted them as they did on the jotter pad!

Often wish there was an edit function on this forum because it always seems some tuning would make a clue better. I guess one shouldn't charge right in but let it brew for a while.

Had a surprise win on CL168, and now, the more I look at my clue the less I like it.
Oh well. The tough part for me will be parsing some of the brilliant stuff that will posted.
