This is th elast clue needed

I have finally got around to doing all four crosswords in this series, and have but one clue remaining in the 'Winter' crossword.......
33A clue: Dutch port with a regular passenger ferry link to Harwich (4,3, 7)
? O ? K / ? A ? /H ? L ? A ? D
Surely the answer should be 'Hook of Holland'? but the middle word doesn't fit?
Please help!

Thank you so much - I could kick myself!! I even googled alternatives names for it, but I just never thought of the answer being in Dutch!
