A beast this week, quite a beast.

However I am now down to three & would welcome help with two :

Some of these letters may be misleading as I can't see the solutions.

Ah, I see. I had MIGRANT for VAGRANT - just picked the wrong state, really & yes, I should have spotted that AEGIS was a mix of SEA & GI.

(I'm assuming that, somewhere, there is a well-known dog called "Shadow" though only too obviously it's not w-k to me. Why can't the setters stick with "Bellman"?)
