Re 27 D, it's one of the 11 clues.

Still very stuck on 32a, 27d and 25d. Can't change Glim successfully.....so am I wrong ? Again?

Re 27...it's definitely 'glim' you should be looking at.

32 A. A six-letter(common) word for fellow/man - move one letter from the middle to the front, giving 'someone who hits' (an old-fashioned word).

25 D - just Namable (Elba man, reversed). I think it's a variation of 'nameable' but I haven't checked.

I think 27 is what I should be doing instead of eating cheese and biscuits with this post. Been to see The Mousetrap locally. It was very good. Thank you Malone.
