Have to admit defeat for these final two. Answers and parsing please......

21d. Articulated lorry, van or bike is initially, but not taxi (6) - ?O?C?? - I thought this might be VOICED (Articulated) but I couldn't parse a single letter.

27a. Turned, using saw to set about cedar, finally (7) - T?E?D??

PS. Both clues intersect an the end so, the final letter of one is the final letter of the other.

I think 27a might be TRENDED but if so what is the definition?

Trended -Turned

Saw to - Tended

Cedar finally - R

Thanks Mamya, you'd never guess I'm an English teacher would you? With reference to 'TRENDED, can you give me an example of where it might be a synonym of 'Turned'?, I'm struggling to find one or see it in a dictionary definition. Thanks.
