Help please. Clue for 16d reads 'plan invent', which doesn't even sound grammatically correct. I have -e-i-e
Can anyone help - and perhaps explain the clue? Maybe I'm just dense......

When I did the crossword, I assumed that the printer had missed out the comma between the two words!

Do you think the clue should have had a comma between plan and invent? I think that's what threw me.
