A first for me - I saw #1 as I read it! I'll give some thought to the others, but I've a lot of cooking on this afternoon.

Good morning Chrise. Great start. Cooking - Mmmmmmmm. And today is my strict diet day (take note Ari :) )I've started the "5 on 2 off diet" . Eat normally (?) for five days and take less than 600 kcals (500 for women) on tow other days. My low cal days are Tues and Thurs. I know it works and I need to lose a bit of weight.

I'm sorry I mentioned food then, jolan!

Good afternoon jolan I trust you're well albeit a tad hungry. Saw #s 1 & 2 on reading and the lightbulb has flashed with #5 (delightful). Will work on #s 3 & 4 between coats of emulsion on the hall ceiling. Cheers and thanks again.

Got the others now, I've no longer got an excuse to put off the emulsioning but a great distraction, cheers again (I don't always get the chance to do more than write them down for later on a Tuesday afternoon).
