This is my last clue, and assuming I have answered all the others correctly, I am left with 'ETA' as the answer.
But cannot see why?
I could get 'Era' (hidden) from the clue, but the letters ETA do seem to fit all the other answers.
Help please!

Thank you, aristo. I did know that ETA stood for 'estimated time of arrival' but didn't dissociate character from 'when one might show'. Thank you for explaining it to me!
