How many words can you think of that fit the following criteria.

The word must contain 8 letters
Of which 7 are consonants and 1 is a vowel
The last 5 letters of the word must be consonants

Hi Les, cracking puzzle. Do you have a definite number of solutions; say that appear in Chambers? Or, is it something you've been playing around with and if so how many have you come up with so far! I have 2 off the top of my head, only varying by their initial letters.

Now about 25, but only one really common word. Thank goodness for Ys!

Sorry folks, got sidetracked yesterday and back at work now.
It was a friend who posed the question knowing that I enjoy words, I'm not sure if he said plurals were allowed, maybe not, because it's meant to be a bit of a tough teaser, I don't think it will do any harm for us to just post what we've come up with.
I came up with just one that met the criteria but did think there would be at least a few more, maybe scientific or technical terms.
Anyway, the one that I got was: PROMPTLY

Anymore would be good to see, no time limit with this, I just put it on for a bit of late night fun, so fire away with whatever you've got.
