13A - "Fluorescent tube unnamed boy had taken originally" (5,5) -I'm assuming it is STRIP LIGHT but can not see why?

Boy is "stripli(n)g."
With first letters of (h)ad (t)aken.

Thank you rusty! Although this is a term I am vaguely aware of I had not thought of "stripling" for boy - will remember that. Knew that I had to 'remove' an N and add an H to something! Cheers.
