Just 43d to get. "Region cut location in garden for rose". I've got C-I-B-D. I'd associate climber with rose (the shrub), but climbed (wth rose up spatially) ... but can't parse the latter to go with the clue. Some connection between "limb" and location ....? Can anyone explain please.

rose = climbed
region: clim
b d (bed cut )
