I think these are correct but need some help with the parsing......

44a. Disagreeing 38 letters will include two Ds (2,4) - AT ODDS (Disagreeing) (38 is 'Nineteen') I can see the 2 D's but not much else.

3d. Split personalities might share this main view (8,3) - ADRIATIC SEA? (Main view) Other than the definition I can't see it.

27d. Head priest's last to criticise exotic church feature (5,4) ONION DOME (Church feature)

47d. Increase in profit once after Society's invested (5) - BOOST (Increase) Assuming Society is 'S' then i'm left with 'Boot' for the rest?

30a. The buzz before the buzz? (8,4) - DIALLING TONE (Buzz) but what is the 'Buzz' after (or 'before')?

15a. Western sidekick seizing gold in American city (7) - TORONTO (City) I think it's 'Western sidekick' = TONTO + OR (Gold) but where does 'American' fit in?

30 the buzz before is the dial tone, to call someone is to give them a 'buzz'

15 For 'American' read 'North American'
