Hi ralph
Have you never had SAG ALOO? Spinach and potatoes - wonderful!

P.S. does anyone know if there is any difference in Indian cooking between SAG and PALAK? Both seem to refer to spinach.

Palak is the Hindi name for spinach, but don't know about sag.
Does anyone else know?

palak is spinach, whereas saag (or sag) ) can be either spinach or any other similar leafy vegetable
