Completely run out of ideas on this, got about half done with difficulty but now stymied.

19A Reverse parked in bloke's private space and hid (7) ?????T? second letter might be T

25A Scale route to the top in broadcasting (5,2) ?????UP second letter might be E

25A could be climb up? (scale - broadcasting = clip,)

That would fit but makes my stab at 13D wrong but I was not happy with it anyway. 13D Certainly eating a lemon , say, evokes an image of strength (3,4) I had OAK TREE pencilled in as I have OA? ???E now ??LE with your suggestion.

OAK is right - OK (certainly) around A.

TREE = LEMON is OK, but a bit loose. Can't think of an alternative, though.

I can't fully parse but is it anything to do with evoke sounding like oak?

Just had a look at this crossword online - I think the answer to 19 is Stashed - reversed parked - sat reversed inside blokes private place = shed. I think you have a T incorrect - the down clue is Mete out giving you an E
