Out of curiosity (and a feeling of dissatisfaction) I have just looked in the Thesaurus - no link given as far as I can make out. Never mind will settle down with today's challenge now! Cheers to everyone.
Well I'm ENTIRELY dissatisfied with the answer - does that mean I am BACKWARDS! Entirely means wholly, completely etc. The clue should have included the words 'familiar with' for it to make sense.
Another thesaurus shows "entirely" as:
inside out
. very thoroughly
backwards and forwards
completely
from A to Z
from top to bottom
through and through
Cheers jazzgirl - I will admit defeat and stand (well sit) corrected!
Thurs DM - "I earned drachmas, promoted to lead eatery" Can you or anyone explain how I get DINETTE (if that correct)??
