I've got prospero for 23A & poss pedalo for 18 D..
with poss parsing of 'sped' without the 's'.. but not sure..!

4D definitely "in God We Trust" Tho' I can't parse. possible anag. of water ground is, plus T - but that leaves an A & R over!
