3 D. A very simple word for 'lift'.
22 D. You've shown only 4 spaces and the 't' is wrong - I think you've mixed it up with another clue. I think you must have a few letters already for 22D.

Re 26 - I think 'proficient judoka' means someone who is good at judo, ie a 'dan'. And 'cycles' means moves/scrambles, so 'dan' becomes 'and'/also.
