I'll leave GK to confirm his clue @6 but I read it as lime as to trap/ensnare and there being a Commercial Road in Limehouse, London.

Sorry busby mate can't get a link to that site. Suffice to say here in the UK "regularity" refers to bowel movements!

Sorry Ginge, maybe its still too early in the morning for me - maybe a litle "sluggish" but I don't get the cryptic last part of your clue 22! Or is it a literal description? Is there a letter spacing referent in "regularity"?
