I thought bill was AC. How else does Bill fit the clue?

If any other solvers are online, here is the clue :
Get bill,one in busy place (7) answer ACHIEVE
How would you parse it ?

Yes - wrong letter number for 11ac.
I don`t know where `bill` comes in either.
Fit the bill` rather than `get the bill` would do for `achieve` Mags.

I think it's AC (account or "bill")
then either E in HIVE (busy place)
or
I (one) in HEVE

...unless the answer is ACHIIVE?

Hi everyone. I too was stuck for ages with the bottom left hand corner. In fact having just read all your contributions I have now seen the light with 14D and 21A. So thank you for pointing me in the right direction. By the way I did not like the clue for 21A. However true to form I still have a blank with 2D `Dont start to flicker, say` (5). I have ?T?E?
