Don't know whether its a mental block or Scotland getting hammered at rugby but not getting far with this weeks crossword - any help please:-
5d) bitter blows affect (fill in catchword in a funny way) (4-5,6)
2d) will they admit gay prelates? dubious (6,5)
9a) ruling anticipating return of crime to muswell hill area: court action results (4,6)
15a) checking into westbound station, airman welcomes good stop fro a breather (10)
17a) does truants housemaster feel this later on, nastily seizing pass (4,6)
