Hello,
I am not able to find a suited solution/meaning for this riddle/crossword. It is a surrealistic cigarette advertisement of Benson&Hedges from the 70’s (I think), but I don’t get it.
Can somebody help?

To describe the poster: The caption is PERFECTLY SUITED? (4,2,7)
And there is a white guy with arms and a tail (no legs) like measuring tapes. He wears a bowler hat with two measuring tapes around it and a black white striped (downwards) shirt a little bit like a referee. On the bowler hat is an old balance and a triangle balanced. And on the left side there is a big golden pack of B&H cigarettes.

If somebody has an idea or a tip, that would be nice. It bothers me, even though it is not my mother tongue, that I don’t understand the meaning of this.
Thanks.
